We believe it is important that all our visitors can enjoy a fantastic concert or event in a pleasant and safe manner. Therefore, we kindly draw your attention to the house rules below.

Access to Rodahal Kerkrade

• A valid ID is required for entry.
• No entry allowed after 3:00 AM during events.
• Entry is prohibited for individuals visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Entry is denied to individuals who pose a threat to the safety or atmosphere within Rodahal Kerkrade.
• Entry is prohibited for individuals wearing group-identifying or negatively atmosphere-influencing clothing (e.g., motorcycle club-related attire, football jerseys, clothing with offensive text, etc.).
• Cooperation with frisking or checks is mandatory.
• The minimum age is 14 years (children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult).
• No animals are allowed.

This is not allowed.

• No alcohol for individuals under 18 years of age.
• Smoking or using e-cigarettes is prohibited.
• Selling soft or hard drugs is strictly forbidden.
• Use and possession of hard drugs are prohibited.
• Weapons and dangerous objects that could jeopardize safety are not allowed.
• Bringing your own food and beverages inside is prohibited.
• Taking beverages outside is not allowed.
• Bringing professional photo, video, and audio recording equipment inside without permission is prohibited. Consumer cameras are allowed. Professional photo and video equipment is defined as devices with interchangeable lenses and DSLR cameras. It is not permitted to sell photos, videos, or audio recorded in Rodahal Kerkrade to third parties without prior consent.
• Crowdsurfing or stage diving is prohibited. Rodahal Kerkrade is not liable for any consequences of such actions.
• Placing posters or distributing flyers without permission from Rodahal Kerkrade is prohibited.
• Backpacks are not allowed inside. Small handbags up to A4 size and approximately 10 cm thick are permitted.

Safety

• By visiting Rodahal Kerkrade, you consent to being recorded through camera surveillance.
• Staff instructions must always be followed.

Behavior and Respect

• Show respect for visitors, artists, staff, the building, and local residents.
• Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated, including racist, fascist, sexist, offensive, or discriminatory remarks, unwanted advances, disruptive and aggressive behavior, vandalism, and violence.
• Be considerate of wheelchair users and visitors with disabilities.

Liability

• Rodahal Kerkrade is not liable for potential hearing damage. We strongly recommend visitors always wear hearing protection during concerts and events. Hearing protection is available for purchase at the bar.
• Rodahal Kerkrade is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal belongings of visitors.
• Access to Rodahal Kerkrade is entirely at the visitor’s own risk.
• By entering the building, visitors acknowledge that they are aware of these house rules.

Other

• Postponed or canceled events can only be refunded upon presentation of a valid ticket.
• Visitors implicitly consent to the use of photo, video, and audio recordings made within the venue.
• Violation of our house rules will result in denied entry. No refunds will be given.
